Shipping and Delivery

We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for the benefit of our customers. To achieve this, most of our sticker orders are shipped in envelopes, allowing us to offer affordable and even free shipping options while ensuring your stickers arrive safely. We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, providing reliable shipping across Australia.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be shown before you complete your order.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
• When your order is shipped, if a courier attempts delivery and you are not available to receive your order, it may be taken to your local Post Office for collection. We are not responsible if you need to pick up your order from the Post Office.
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or incorrect addresses.

For some local deliveries, one of our friendly staff may personally deliver your order to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Please note: We only ship within Australia. We do not ship overseas due to the high risk of fraudulent charge backs.

Fast Production and Dispatch

Under most circumstances we have a 24 hour production time on non customised sticker orders, meaning your stickers are printed and ready for dispatch within one business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST (Australian Western Standard Time) are usually processed the same day.

Custom Orders and Shipping

If your order includes custom designs, please note that production will not begin until you have reviewed and approved the final design. Once approved, your order will be processed within our standard production time.

Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design. We will notify you of any expected delays and provide an estimated dispatch date.

Bulk and highly customised orders may also require additional production and shipping time.

• Express Post Parcels – interstate estimated delivery 1 – 4 business days
