Welcome to Aupino (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order with us through our website, email, or any other means, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of printed and downloadable products, including but not limited to stickers, labels, banners, and decals.

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Orders and Artwork

• All orders are custom printed and made-to-order. Once an order is placed and approved, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all artwork provided is correct, high-resolution, and meets our specifications.
• We do not guarantee colour accuracy. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to different display settings and print processes.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, mobile device, and screen has a different capability to display colors, and each person may see these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Proofing and Approval

• Where applicable, digital proofs will be provided. Production will only commence after final approval.
• Delays in approval will result in delays to your production and shipping timelines.

Production Times

• Typical turnaround times vary depending on the product and order size. Standard production time is 1 business day from artwork approval.
• Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, equipment issues, or supplier delays.

Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are not inclusive of GST.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

• You warrant that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted to us.
• We reserve the right to refuse printing any material that is illegal, deemed offensive by Aupino, or violates copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses.
• We do not accept liability for errors in final products where a proof has been approved by the customer.

Privacy

• We collect and store customer information for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer service.
