Colour Disclaimer
Please note that actual product colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, mobile device, and screen has a different capability to display colours, and each person may see these colours differently. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
Eligibility for Replacements or Returns
- For single stickers, you typically do not need to return the item. Instead, we will replace defective or incorrect stickers at no additional cost after verification.
- For labels, banners, and decals, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase if a replacement is required.
- Production of replacements will not be produced until original items have been received and verified.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition unless the issue is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Non returnable Items
- Custom printed or personalised items, unless defective or incorrectly printed.
- Products that have been altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an order that does not match your specifications:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting us at contact@aupino.com.au
- Provide your order number and photos of the defective or incorrect product.
- For stickers, we will typically issue a replacement without requiring a return. For other products, once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or discuss other resolutions.
Return Process for Labels, Banners, and Decals
- Contact our team at contact@aupino.com.au to initiate a return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging if possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs until item is verified or unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement, refund, or exchange as applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item (if applicable).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is due to our error.
